01 Eligibility & Permissions

By using noteshan.xyz Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not request, create, or distribute content that is harmful, malicious, or unlawful.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service prior to using our services.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or permanently terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if the platform is misused.

02 Delivery of Services & Files

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided with your request is clear, accurate, complete, and relevant. We are not liable for any delays, errors, or issues resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information.
• You must review and verify this information promptly.
• After verification, full payment is required before any work begins. We operate on an upfront payment policy with no exceptions.
• While we strive to deliver all services and digital files within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may be subject to change due to workload, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

03 Ownership, Licensing & Termination

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all files, websites, code, and related materials (“Files”) provided by noteshan.xyz will be solely and exclusive property of noteshan.xyz.

By purchasing or receiving access to our Files, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Files solely for personal use or for purposes explicitly agreed upon in writing.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any Files.
• Claim ownership, authorship, or credit for any Files.
• Use the Files for any unlawful, unethical, or prohibited activity.

We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate your access to the Files at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Files.

Upon termination:

• All rights to use the Files are immediately revoked.
• You must permanently delete all copies of the Files in your possession or control.
• Any continued use of the Files after termination is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, you are prohibited from sharing any websites files with third parties, including other developers, whether or not they are affiliated with noteshan.xyz. Access is limited strictly to you (the client), noteshan.xyz, and authorized administrative personnel only.

04 Limitation of Liability

noteshan.xyz provides all products, files, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for, including but not limited to:

• Data loss, system failures, security issues, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our files or services.
• Performance issues, errors, or incompatibility with third-party software, platforms, or systems, unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

Use of our services is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any products or services will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions, or that they will be compatible with all systems or environments.

In the event that a security issue is directly caused by our own systems, we may, at our sole discretion, provide reasonable assistance to help address the issue.

05 Theme of Payments

• Orders are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received, as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
• Failure to submit the required payment may result in the cancellation of your request without notice.
• We currently accept payment in Robux and CAD. Robux and CAD transactions are configured and managed directly by noteshan.xyz.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

06 Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been received.

Order cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders may not be canceled after confirmation unless explicitly approved by us in writing.
• If communication with the client is lost for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and may apply a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• Failure to meet cancellation obligations may result in revocation of access to services, files, or deliverables.

07 Updates to These Terms

noteshan.xyz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect upon being posted or shared through appropriate channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

08 Client Agreement & Signature

Please read, review, and digitally sign the agreement below to authorize your noteshan.xyz order. All orders require a signed agreement before development work begins.
